A Postcard From Tunisia

A card sent by the artist Judith Rothchild in February 2003 inspired 'A postcard from Tunisia' by Ruth Fainlight; the writer discovering a wealth of details and memories in an anonymous photograph. The edition, limited to 27 numbered and signed copies, was printed in the form of a leporello, on Hahnemühle paper. The mezzotints, etchings, embossments and screen prints were printed by the artist. Mark Lintott printed the letterpress, handset in Ramses maigre, on an Albion press. The slipcases and wrappers, with original screen prints by Judith Rothchild, are by Mark Lintott. Sarah Griffiths was an assistant to the project.

The book 27/27 is reserved for the Bibliothèque Nationale de France.
Five books are hors commerce.

Format 6 ½ x 8 ¼ in.
